摘要
针对某次220kV线路断路器检修时,出现的单相断路器先自动合闸又自动跳闸的异常情况,分析其原因为重合闸装置与分相配置“远方/就地”把手的断路器配合不当造成。梳理了典型线路保护设置“控回断线闭锁重合闸”的情况,并针对事件中三相不一致遥信因继电器动作持续时间小于测控装置防抖时间而无法上送的问题,提出了增加自保持回路和复归按钮的整改建议。
Aiming at the maloperation event that a single-phase circuit breaker of 220 kV line-breaker firstly automatically closed and then tripped during certain 220 kV line-breaker overhaul,this paper concluded the reason that the reclosing device matched improperly with the circuit breaker which configured with the phase-separated“remote/local”handle and combed the conditions of typical line-protection setting,the“control circuit disconnection blocking reclosing”.In terms of the problem that the three-phase inconsistent remote signal in the event couldn’t be sent because the relay action duration was less than the anti-shake time of the measurement and control device,this paper proposed the rectification suggestion of adding the self-holding circuit and the reset button.
