摘要 目的:采用Box-Behnken设计方法研究柴胡中总皂苷的超声提取工艺。方法:采用超声提取法,以乙醇浓度、超声时间和料液比为主要影响因子,以总皂苷提取率的综合评分为评价指标进行Box-Behnken试验设计,考察最佳提取工艺。结果:最优工艺为:乙醇体积分数为80%,超声时间为127 min,料液比为1∶13。结论:Box-Behnken设计可以很好地对柴胡总皂苷超声提取工艺进行优化。 Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total saponins of Bupleurum chinense by Box-Behnken design.Methods: The ultrasonic extraction process was used. Using ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic time as the main impact factors, and total saponins extraction rate as the evaluation index of Box-Behnken design, the best extraction process was explored. Results: The best extraction process was as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol was 80%, the ultrasonic time was 127 min, and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶13. Conclusion: Box-Behnken design can well optimize the extraction process of total saponins of Bupleurum chinense.
