摘要
肝脏作为机体重要的消化腺以及代谢稳态的中枢器官,容易受到不同应激反应的影响。应激能够造成畜禽肝脏组织损伤与功能紊乱,进而导致生产性能降低以及抗病能力减弱。随着现代畜牧行业的扩大,应激带来的危害与影响是不可忽视的。本文将从应激对畜禽肝脏组织与功能的影响及机制等方面进行综述,为今后对减少应激损伤的研究提供理论依据。
As an important digestive gland and central organ of metabolic homeostasis,the liver is susceptible to different stress responses.Stress can cause liver tissues damage and dysfunction of livestock and poultry,resulting in reduced production performance and weakened disease resistance.With the expansion of modern livestock industry,the harm and impact of stress cannot be ignored.In this paper,the effects and mechanisms of stress on liver tissue and function of livestock and poultry will be reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for future research on reducing stress injury.
