摘要
当前我国正处于自立自强创新发展的重要阶段,对团队研究生创新培养提出了更高要求,长期以来从科研外在形式入手的外激励创新培养模式无法满足新时代的需要,从思想和组织内在本质上入手的内激发创新培养模式才能实现更高创新活力的迸发。以北航“双带头人”团队师生联合党支部为例,介绍了该团队师生在“人为本,事为体;技求精,学求尖”的文化与精神下,实质性、系统性、平台性、育人性创新做法,提升了团队研究生内激发创新培养效能。
At present,China is in an important stage of self-reliance and self-improvement innovation development,which puts forward higher requirements for postgraduate innovation cultivation.For a long time,the external stimulating innovation cultivation mode starting from the external form of scientific research can not meet the needs of the new era.The internal stimulating innovation cultivation mode starting from the internal essence of thought and organization can realize the burst of higher innovation vitality.Taking the“double leaders”team teachers and students united Party branch of Beihang university as an example,this paper introduces the substantive,systematic,platform and educational innovative practices of the team teachers and students under the culture and spirit of“people-oriented,things as the body,technology refinement and learning excellence”,so as to improve the cultivation efficiency of internal stimulating innovation for the postgraduates in the new era.
