摘要
目的:观察多元化护理干预模式对ICU患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年2月福建医科大学附属第一医院重症医学科收治的患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予多元化护理干预,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者的生命质量,同时比较2组患者干预前后的感染发生率及满意度评分。结果:护理干预后,2组患者的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组感染发生率显著低于对照组,观察组护理后的SF-36评分和患者满意度、家属满意评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:将多元化护理运用在ICU患者的临床护理上,不仅有利于缓解负性情绪,还有利于患者睡眠质量的改善,同时开展多元化护理还可以降低感染风险,提高患者的生命质量,获得了患者以及患者家属的接受和认可,故此种护理模式有借鉴意义和推广价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of diversified nursing intervention mode on negative emotion and sleep quality of ICU patients.Methods:A total of 108 patients admitted to the Department of Intensive Care in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given diversified nursing intervention.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression before and after intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the change of sleep quality before and after intervention.The Brief Health Survey Form(SF-36)was used to compare the quality of life between 2 groups,the infection incidence and satisfaction scores of the 2 groups before and after the intervention were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,HAMA score,HAMD score and PSQI score of 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the scores of SF-36,patient satisfaction and family satisfaction after nursing in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The use of diversified nursing in ICU patients′clinical nursing is not only conducive to relieving negative emotions,but also conducive to the improve the patient′s sleep quality.At the same time,the development of diversified nursing can also reduce the risk of infection,improve the quality of life of patients,and won the acceptance and recognition of patients,so this kind of nursing model has reference significance and promotion value.
