摘要
目的:探究医药护全方位护理干预对依托泊苷联合卡铂方案治疗的晚期小细胞肺癌患者疗效、心理、生活质量影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2024年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的60例晚期小细胞肺癌患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组30例、对照组30例,两组患者均给予依托泊苷联合卡铂方案化疗治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施医药护全方位护理干预,比较两组患者疗效、化疗副反应情况、干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁量表(HAMD)评分以及睡眠质量量表(匹兹堡睡眠指数,PSQI)评分、疼痛评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分,VAS)及生活质量评分(SF-36量表)、满意率情况。结果:与对照组患者治疗总有效率60.00%相比,观察组患者86.67%指标更高(P<0.05);两组均存在一定化疗副反应,症状较轻微,可缓解,副反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后两组量表(HAMA、HAMD、PSQI、VAS、SF-36)分值均明显改善,且观察组各项分值改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组满意率76.67%相比,观察组患者满意率100.00%指标更高(P<0.05)。结论:医药护全方位护理干预对依托泊苷联合卡铂方案治疗的晚期小细胞肺癌患者疗效、心理、生活质量具有积极影响,患者临床疗效佳,心理状态改善明显,疼痛轻,睡眠质量好,生活质量提升,满意率高。
Objective:To explore the impact of comprehensive pharmaceutical-medical-nursing care intervention on the efficacy,psychological state,and quality of life in advanced small cell lung cancer patients treated with an Etoposide combined with Carboplatin regimen.Methods:60 advanced small cell lung cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2022 to June 2024 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the observation group and the control group.Both groups received chemotherapy with an Etoposide combined with Carboplatin regimen.Patients in the control group(n=30)underwent routine nursing intervention,while those in the observation group(n=30)received comprehensive pharmaceutical-medical-nursing care intervention.The efficacy,chemotherapy side effects,scores on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Visual Analog Scale for Pain(VAS),and Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36),as well as satisfaction rates,were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group 86.67%was significantly higher than that in the control group 60.00%,with(P<0.05).Both groups experienced certain chemotherapy side effects,which were mild and manageable,with no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,scores on all scales(HAMA,HAMD,PSQI,VAS and SF-36)improved significantly in both groups,with the observation group showing greater improvement than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group 100.00%was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.67%,with(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive pharmaceutical-medical-nursing care intervention has a positive impact on the efficacy,psychological state and quality of life in advanced small cell lung cancer patients treated with an Etoposide combined with Carboplatin regimen.Patients exhibit better clinical outcomes,improved psychological states,reduced pain,enhanced sleep quality,elevated quality of life,and higher satisfaction rates.
