摘要
目的:研究分析程为平教授运用含首乌藤类处方药的用药规律,为探讨、学习程为平教授的临证经验和学术思想提供借鉴。方法:基于中医传承辅助平台建立数据库,应用关联规则Apriori算法分析含首乌藤处方中单味药频次、药物组合频次、关联规则和核心药物组合等。结果:含首乌藤处方中高频次药物包括首乌藤、远志、茯神、半夏、炙甘草、夏枯草;高频次药物组合为“首乌藤—远志—茯神”“首乌藤—半夏”“首乌藤—炙甘草”“首乌藤—夏枯草”等;当支持度≥35%、置信度≥0.9时的关联规则包括“茯神→远志”“首乌藤,茯神→远志”“茯神,半夏→远志”“首乌藤,茯神,半夏→远志”“首乌藤,茯神,半夏,夏枯草→远志”;治疗不寐的药物核心组合为首乌藤、夏枯草、半夏、茯神、远志、炙甘草;治疗痹症的药物核心组合为首乌藤、鸡血藤、桂枝、炙甘草、怀牛膝、远志、茯神。结论:程为平教授含首乌藤处方中所用药物多具有安神、祛风除湿、活血通络之功,组方随证加减严谨清晰。
Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Professor CHENG Weiping’s prescription containing Shuwuteng(caulis polygoni multiflori).Methods:Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,the database was established,and the association rule Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the frequency of single drug,drug combination,association rules and core drug combination in the prescription of Shouwuteng.Results:High frequency drugs containing Shouwuteng prescription include Shouwuteng,Yuanzhi(Radix polygalae),Fushen(Poria cum Radix Pini),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Zhigancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle),Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae).High frequency subdrug combinations include Shouwuteng+Yuanzhi+Fushen,Shouwuteng+Banxia,Shouwuteng+Zhigancao,Shouwuteng+Xiakucao.Association rules with support≥35%and confidence≥0.9 include Fushen→Yuanzhi;Shouwuteng,Fushen→Yuanzhi;Fushen,Banxia→Yuanzhi;Shouwuteng,Fushen,banxia→Yuanzhi;and Shouwuteng,Fushen,Banxia,Xiakucao→Yuanzhi.The core combination of drugs for insomnia includes Shouwuteng,Xiakucao,Banxia,Fushen,Yuanzhi,Zhigancao.The corecombination of drugs for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome includes Shouwuteng,Jixueteng(Caulis Spatholobi),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Zhigancao,Huainiuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Yuanzhi,Fushen.Conclusion:Mostof the drugs used in Professor CHENG Weiping’s prescription of Shouwuteng the functions of calming the mind,dispelling wind and dehumidification,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.The prescription is rigorous and clear.
