摘要
目的采用数据挖掘的方法分析癌因性疲乏的中医证候及中药处方的用药规律。方法检索CNKI、CBM、万方、维普和Pub Med数据库自建库至2021年4月关于中医药治疗癌因性疲乏的相关文献,借助中医传承辅助平台V2.5,应用系统集成的统计分析、关联分析、聚类分析和复杂网络分析等方法,分析证候特征、用药规律,获得核心药物配伍及新组方。结果共收集76篇文献。纳入分析的证型共计20个,涉及药物166味,药味为甘温为主,归经主要集中在脾、肝、肺。经关联规则分析,得到关联规则12条,高频中药可聚为3类,核心处方以补中益气汤加减。结论本研究通过数据挖掘对中医药治疗癌因性疲乏处方用药规律进行总结,为临床用药提供借鉴和指导。
Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of cancer induced-related fatigue and the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.Methods In this study,the relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cancer-related fatigue was retrieved from CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP,and Pub Med databases until April 2021,and the syndrome characteristics and medication rule were analyzed by means of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5 and the statistical analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis methods of system integration.Core drug compatibility and new formulation were obtained.Results A total of 76 literatures were collected.A total of 20 syndrome types were included in the analysis,involving 166 drugs.The main drug tastes were sweet and warm,and the channel transformation mainly concentrated in the spleen,liver,and lung.After the analysis of association rules,12 association rules were obtained.The high frequency traditional Chinese medicine could be grouped into three categories.The core prescription was modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Conclusion This study summarize the prescription medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRF through data mining,so as to provide reference and guidance for clinical medication.
