摘要
临床工作中,危重患者的基础体重以及治疗过程中体重的变化是其诊疗方案的制订或治疗过程中用药剂量的调整的重要依据。危重症患者因卧床不起,无法使用体重秤或台秤,故由医生根据临床经验评估其体重。部分医院利用特殊医疗设备测量卧床患者体重。本文围绕危重症患者体重测量的方法及设备进行综述,分析其各自的优缺点,探讨危重症患者体重测量的发展趋势。
In clinical work,the basal body weight of critically ill patients and the change of body weight in the course of treatment are an important basis for the formulation of diagnosis and treatment plan or the adjustment of drug dose in the course of treatment.Critically ill patients cannot use a scale or platform scale because they are bedridden,so their weight is assessed by doctors based on clinical experience.Some hospitals use special medical equipment to measure the weight of patients in bed.This paper reviews the methods and equipment of weight measurement for critically ill patients,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and discusses the development trend of weight measurement for critically ill patients.
