工程教育认证驱动下课程目标达成度评价方法研究 被引量:27

摘要 课程目标的达成度评价是研判人才培养目标达成的基本指标,可以评定学生是否掌握了本课程教学内容、教师教学方法是否得当、考试模式是否合理,其评价分析结果对后续持续改进至关重要,是确保人才培养质量的重要环节之一。在明确课程目标达成情况评价机制的基础上,以每个分课程目标为核心,采用直接方法(课程成绩)和间接方法(调查问卷)、定量和定性相结合的手段,建立课程目标达成度评价方法;并以“水工建筑学”为例,对分课程目标达成度和总课程目标达成度进行定性与定量综合评价,指出课程教学中存在的问题,并从教学内容、教学方法、工程实践、实验教学及课程思政等角度提出相应的持续改进措施,以期为工程教育专业认证驱动下教学活动建设提供一种思路。 The evaluation of course objective achievement is the basic indicator of the achievement of talent training objectives,which can assess whether students have mastered the course teaching content,whether the teachers’teaching method is proper,and whether the examination mode is reasonable.The evaluation and analysis result is very important for subsequent continuous improvement,and is one of the important links to ensure the quality of talent training.On the basis of clarifying the evaluation mechanism of course objective achievement,with the objectives of every sub-course as the core,a quantitative and qualitative combination of direct methods(course grades)and indirect methods(questionnaires)is used to establish a method for evaluating the achievement of course objectives.Taking the Hydraulic Architecture course as an example,this paper conducts the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the achievement of sub-course objectives and overall course objectives.Then it points out the problems existing in the course teaching,and puts forward the corresponding continuous improvement measures from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method,engineering practice,experiment teaching and“curriculum ideology and politics”,so as to provide a way of thinking for the construction of teaching activities driven by engineering education certification.
