摘要
超声心动图可以实时监测心脏结构、心功能异常和血流动力学指标的变化。在慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)的早期诊断、心功能评价、各种治疗方法的效果评估、随访中有重要应用价值。但另一方面,由于其具有操作者依赖性,超声心动图检查的准确性较依赖医生经验,诊断不规范的情况并不少见。文章重点阐述超声心动图在CTEPH规范化诊治中的关键指标及评估要点。
Echocardiography provides comprehensive and real-time information on heart morphology,cardiac dysfunction,and haemodynamic parameters.It is a valuable tool with which to help early diagnosis,evaluation of cardiac function and follow up therapeutic effects in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension(CTEPH).On the other hand,due to its characteristic of operator dependence,the accuracy of echocardiographic evaluation depends on the experience of doctors to a great extent,and it is not rare that the diagnosis is not standardized.This paper focuses on the key indexes and evaluation points of echocardiography in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of CTEPH.
