摘要
本文基于现有的海洋混凝土耐久性劣化机理,回顾了提高海洋混凝土耐久性的研究进展。总体而言,基于海洋耐久性因素的混凝土自防护技术可分为内防护技术及外防护技术,内防护技术包括使用优质矿物掺合料、纳米材料以及内掺型疏水剂等,外防护技术包括表面疏水改性、外涂阻锈剂以及使用生物涂层等。为提高海洋混凝土耐久性能和服役寿命,需要针对服役环境特点综合采用内/外防护技术,赋予海洋混凝土更低的流体介质传输性能,开发出性能优异、经济环保的耐腐蚀海工混凝土材料。
Based on the existing degradation mechanism of the durability of marine concrete,this article reviewed the research progress on improving the durability of marine concrete.In general,concrete self-protection technologies based on marine durability factors can be divided into internal protection technologies and external protection technologies.Internal protection technologies include the use of high-quality mineral admixtures,nanomaterials,and internally mixed hydrophobic agents.External protection technologies include surface hydrophobic modification,external coating of rust inhibitors,and the use of biological coatings,etc.To improve the durability and service life of marine concrete,it is necessary to comprehensively adopt internal/external protection technology according to the characteristics of the service environment,give marine concrete lower fluid medium transmission performance,and develop corrosion-resistant marine concrete materials with excellent performance,economic and environmental protection.
