摘要
机械密封是离心泵的重要部件,机械密封泄漏也是实际生产过程中经常遇到的问题,机械密封泄漏的原因多种多样,需要工程技术人员准确分析处理,而不是简单地更换备件。本文旨在分析华能IGCC电厂生水泵机封多次泄漏的原因及改进措施,通过增加轴套,限定机械密封轴套位置,最终彻底解决了机械密封泄漏的问题。
Mechanical seal is an important part of centrifugal pump,and mechanical seal leakage is often encountered in the actual production process.The reasons for mechanical seal leakage are diverse,and engineers and technicians need to analyze and.deal with it accurately,rather than simply replace spare parts.The purpose of this paper is to describe the cause analysis and improvement measures of multiple leakage of raw water pump seal in huaneng IGCC power plant.By increasing the shaft sleeve and limiting the position of the shaft sleeve of mechanical seal,the problem of leakage of mechanical seal is finally solved completely.
