摘要
采用串联式波纹管机械密封代替原单端面机械密封,解决了减底泵机械密封冲洗液对介质的影响问题。冲洗液进入机械密封后引出,冷却之后循环利用,避免了冲洗液对被输送物料产生的影响。
The infection of the washing liquid used in the pump at the decompression tower bottom to the medium was introduced. The method to solve this problem was put forward. The bellows mechanical seal in series was used instead of single port mechanical seal. The washing liquid was fetched out from the mechanical seal and was refrigerated, and then, recalculated. The infection of the washing liquid to the transporting materiel was avoided.
