摘要
过滤器作为污水过滤的重要设备,而传统的设计通常基于工人的经验,污水的过滤量较低。本研究基于有限元软件Workbench的CFX流体动力学模块,以固体悬浮颗粒(SS)为指标,模拟污水在过滤器中的动态过程。在不影响模型精度的前提下,仅选取过滤器结构中的进水、出水和过滤层进行分析,从而简化模型,提高了运算速度。同时,采用多孔介质模型等效于过滤层中细小流道,使本模型更接近真实污水过滤过程。通过优化设计获得了固定参数条件下过滤器的最大污水处理流量。
Mud collector is one of the most important and expensive equipment for wastewater filtration,and the traditional design method is usually based on the experience,resulting in low wastewater filtration efficiency.Based on the CFX fluid dynamics module of the finite element software Workbench,this study simulated the dynamic process of sewage in the filter with suspended solid particles(SS).Without affecting the accuracy of the model,only the key parts of the filter structure are selected for analysis to simplify the model and improve the operation speed.At the same time,the porous medium model is equivalent to countless small flow channels in the filter layer,which makes the model closer to the real sewage filtration process.Through the optimization design,the maximum wastewater treatment flow is obtained.
