摘要
与常规的悬浮物分析方法相比,激光粒度分析或类似方法是一种更快速、重复性更好的悬浮颗粒分析方法。出水中悬浮颗粒物的粒径分布(PSD)更能代表处理设施的分离精度,因而更具有指标性的意义。本文在对油田采出水实际运行的常规处理工艺出水中颗粒物粒径分析的基础上,以粒径中值为基准,给出了几种典型工艺能够去除的颗粒物粒径范围。
Comparing with conventional suspension analysis,laser particle size analysis is fast and has good repeatability.Suspension particle size distribution in produced water(PSD)can better represent the separation accuracy of treatment facility,and is of index significance.This paper analyzes the particle size of treated produced water by conventional process,and gives a range of particle size which can be removed by typical processes based on median size.
