“双减”政策下课后服务课程化实践审视——以深圳市小学为例 被引量:3

摘要 从课后服务发展的历程来看,其功能逐渐发生了变化,从原来的课后看护、作业辅导开始走向满足学生多元需求的课程化发展之路。当下学校课后服务课程化建设是提高课后服务质量的关键抓手,“课程化”不是指学科课程的“结构化”,也不是指“学科化”,而是指以生为本,通过活动课程形式提升学生的实践能力和创新精神,满足学生多样性全面发展需求。以深圳市小学课后服务为例,分析课后服务课程化建设的经验及存在的问题,剖析当前我国“双减”政策实施过程中的关键堵点,以提升课后服务质量。 The development of after-school service shows that the after-school service function has gradually moved from the original after-school care and homework guidance to the“curriculum”development path to meet the diverse needs of students.At present,the construction of“curriculum oriented”after-school service is the key to improve the after-school service level.“Curriculum oriented”does not refer to the“structure”of the subject curriculum and the“discipline oriented”,but refers to the student-centered,through the form of activity courses to improve students’practical ability and innovation spirit to meet the needs of students’diversified and comprehensive development.The after-school service of basic education in Shenzhen is characterized by curriculum,systematization and institutionalization.Taking the after-school service of primary schools in Shenzhen as an example,this paper analyzes the experience and problems in the construction of after-school service curriculum,analyzes the key points in the implementation of the current“double reduction”policy and improves the after-school service quality.
