摘要
目的观察和胃排石汤联合艾斯奥美拉唑、碳酸氢钠对胃结石患者疼痛缓解、胃结石消失情况的影响。方法将我院100例胃结石患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组给予患者艾斯奥美拉唑、碳酸氢钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合和胃排石汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后两组胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原(PGⅡ)、胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)、胃动素(MTL)水平,记录胃结石消失、胃结石缩小情况,给予患者有现时疼痛强度评分(PPI)、疼痛分级指数评分(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医症候、生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评价。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组G-17、PGⅡ、Ghrelin、MTL水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组结石消失情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS、PRI、PPI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论和胃排石汤联合艾斯奥美拉唑、碳酸氢钠治疗胃结石患者,可提升患者胃功能,促进结石消失,缓解患者疼痛及临床症状,提升患者临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Hewei Paishi Decoction combined with esmeprazole and sodium bicarbonate on pain relief and disappearance of gastric calculi in patients with gastric calculi.Methods One hundred patients with gastric calculi were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each.Control group was treated with esomeprazole and sodium bicarbonate,and observation group was treated with Hewei Paishi Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared,the levels of gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen(PGⅡ),ghrelin and motilin(MTL)of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared;the disappearance of gastric calculi,the reduction of gastric calculi were recorded,and the efficacies were evaluated by Present pain intensity score(PPI),Pain rating index score(PRI),Visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM symptoms and WHO quality of life brief scale(WHOQOL-BREF).Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);G-17,PGⅡ,Ghrelin and MTL levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),calculi disappearance time in observation group was shorter than in control group(P<0.05);VAS,PRI and PPI scores in observation group were lower than in control group(P<0.05);TCM symptom score in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.05);WHOQOL-BREF score in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hewei Paishi Decoction combined with esomeprazole and sodium bicarbonate can improve gastric function,promote the disappearance of calculi,alleviate pain and clinical symptoms,increase clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life in treatment of gastric calculi.
