摘要
高校推进就业创业指导工作面临工作理念落后、信息平台缺失、工作机制不完善及资金技术支持不足等问题,严重影响创新进程,无法支撑慢就业质量的提升。为此,高校应积极创新指导工作观念、完善指导工作顶层设计、优化信息平台建设、健全指导工作机制以及加大资金技术投入,为指导工作深入慢就业学生群体实际以及基于创新基础有效帮助慢就业者在就业创业层面获得成功提供助力和保障。
Facing the problems of backward work concept,lack of information platform,imperfect work mechanism and insufficient financial and technical support,the innovation process is seriously affected,which cannot support the improvement of slow employment quality. Therefore,the concept of guidance work should be actively innovated,the top-level design of guidance work should be improved and the construction of information platform should be optimized,the guidance work mechanism should be improved and the financial and technical investment should be increased, so as to provide assistance and guarantee for the guidance work to penetrate into the reality of slow-employed students and effectively help slow-employed people to achieve success in employment and entrepreneurship based on the innovation basis.
