摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为桑白皮:功效主要为泻肺平喘,利水消肿;症靶为咳喘和水肿;标靶为高血糖;现代药理发现桑白皮及其有效成分具有降血糖、降血脂、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗感染、调节免疫等作用;桑白皮的综合毒性试验显示其具有一定的呼吸抑制作用,无免疫毒性,不具有致突变、致畸、致癌风险;本品肺虚无火力、便多及风寒咳嗽者忌服;临床使用剂量为3~50 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索桑白皮用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,it is argued that white mulberry root-bark has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly to purge the lung and to calm panting,to induce diuresis for removing edema.Its symptom targets are cough and asthma,edema.Its test index target is hyperglycemia.Modern pharmacology has found that white mulberry root-bark and its active components have the effects of lowering blood glucose,lowering blood lipids,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-infection,regulating immunity,etc.Comprehensive toxicity tests show that white mulberry root-bark has certain respiratory inhibitory effects,no immunotoxicity,and no mutagenic,teratogenic and carcinogenic risks.Patients with lung deficiency and cough due to wind-cold cannot take white mulberry root-bark.Its clinical dosage range is 0.46-30g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease.Efforts should be taken to actively explore the construction of the dose-effect relationship between the dosage of white mulberry root-bark and its symptom targets and test index targets.
