摘要
柔性化生产线制造过程中工序质量影响因素关联紧密且不易控制。为此,提出了一种针对主轴箱体柔性生产线工序质量影响因素分析与控制的方法,考虑5M1E六大因素对主轴箱体生产线工序质量的综合作用,通过高度自动化的柔性生产线与传统生产线进行对比,搭建了基于模糊层次分析法的影响因素分析模型,得到了符合主轴箱体生产线的工序质量影响因素模型。通过分析模型各个层次的指标组成部分、控制方案、模糊判断矩阵以及矩阵权重,根据层次模型的最终权重值排序,得到了影响工序质量主要的各个指标属性,并制定了相应的质量控制方案。
The influencing factors of the process quality in the manufacturing process of the flexible production line are closely related and difficult to control.To this end,a method for analyzing and controlling the influencing factors of the spindle box flexible production line’s process quality is proposed.Considering the comprehensive effect of the six factors(5M1E)on the process quality of the spindle box production line,through comparing highly automatic flexible production line with the traditional production line,an influencing factors analytical model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established.And the influencing factors model of the spindle box production line’s process quality is obtained.By analyzing model’s index components,control scheme,fuzzy judgment matrix and matrix weight at each level,and sorting the final weight values of the hierarchical model,the main index attributes affecting the process quality are obtained,and the corresponding quality control schemes are formulated.
