摘要
目的 了解社区卫生健康服务中心(以下简称社康中心)医防融合团队成员对公共卫生医师(以下简称公卫医师)需求的认知程度,为制定社康中心公卫医师规范化培训内容、培训方式提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样的方法,选取社康中心主任、全科医师和公卫医师为调查对象,对其进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括社康中心公卫医师需求认知情况、规范化培训内容和培训意愿情况、对规范化培训的支持情况。结果 48.94%的全科医师和55.81%的社康中心主任认为公卫医师是社区医防融合工作的必要成员。在培训内容的期望方面,位居前4位的依次为管理知识、临床专业知识、沟通技巧和绩效管理。57.69%的社康中心主任支持全脱产1周的学习模式(χ^(2)=50.89,P<0.001)。结论 全科医师和社康中心主任对社康中心公卫医师需求的认知不足,社康中心主任对公卫医师规范化培训的支持力度较差。建议进一步完善规范化培训的保障制度和评价机制,以加强、加快对“防治结合”公共卫生人才的培养。
Objective To know the cognition degree of the needs of public health physicians by the members of the medical and prevention integration team of the community health service center, so as to provide basis for the formulation of standardized training content and training methods for public health doctors in social health services.Methods A random sampling method was conducted to select the director of the community health service center,the general practitioner and the public health physician as the survey subjects, and questionnaire survey was conducted.The content included the cognition of the needs of social health and public health physicians, the willingness to standardize the training content,and the support for standardized training.Results 48.94% of general practitioners and 55.81% of directors of social health directors believe that public health physicians were necessary members of the integration of medical and prevention in the community. In terms of expectations for training content, the top 4 were management knowledge, clinical expertise, communication skills and performance management. 57.69% of the directors of social and health directors supported the one-week study mode(χ^(2)=50.89, P<0.001).Conclusion The general practitioners and the director of social and health directors have insufficient understanding and poor support for the standardized training of public health physicians. It is recommended to guarantee system and evaluation mechanism for standardized training, so as to strengthen the training of combined prevention and treatment public health talents.
