摘要
本文总结1例糖尿病合并Ⅱ期压疮患者的中西医结合护理体会。在局部减压、控制血糖、营养干预等全身治疗的基础上,结合伤口愈合不同阶段的特点,实施针对性治疗和中西医结合护理干预,以减轻患者痛苦,缩短压疮创面愈合时间。
This paper summarized the nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a diabetic patient with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers.Based on the systemic treat⁃ment such as local decompression,blood glucose control and nutrition intervention,targeted ther⁃apy and nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were carried out at differ⁃ent stage of wound surface healing,aiming to relieve the pain and shorten the healing time of wound surface.
