摘要
总结1例糖尿病合并阿尔茨海默症患者的压疮护理措施。在完善常规压疮护理的基础上,护理人员加强受压部位皮肤清洁和伤口护理,嘱患者规律运动,同时开展健康宣教,增加患者及其家属压疮预防相关知识。针对阿尔茨海默症合并糖尿病的压疮患者,规律运动、减少卧床以及重视皮肤护理对促进压疮创面愈合具有积极意义。
This paper summarized the nursing management of pressure ulcers in a patient with diabetes and Alzheimer‘s disease.In addition to routine care for pressure ulcers,efforts were made to enhance the skin hygiene and wound care.The patient was asked to take exercise under the guidance,and health education was carried out to improve knowledge and awareness of pre⁃venting pressure ulcers.Comprehensive interventions including regular exercise,shortening bed⁃ridden time and enhancing the skin management are effective to improve the wound healing of the patient with diabetes and Alzheime‘r s disease.
