摘要
针对采掘工作面设备智能化的问题,对智能化设备的主要研究内容进行论述,即单机集中操作与智能控制技术、智能监控、检测、故障诊断与维护技术和基于网络的机群智能化管理技术等。煤矿机械装备的智能化不仅可以降低劳动强度,保障人员安全,而且也是采掘工作面无人或少人的前提。采掘工作面设备智能化是煤矿机械装备发展的必然趋势。
In view of problem of intelligent mining equipment, mining machinery need to be discussed, namely： stand-alone integrated control and intelligent control technology, intelligent monitoring, testing, fault diagnosis and maintenance technology and based on network equipment group of intelligent management technology, and so on. Intelligent of coal mine machinery and equipment can not only reduce labor intensity and ensure personnel safety, but also it is a precondition for no or less person in mining face. Thus, the mining equipment intelligent is inevitable trend of development of coal mining machinery and equipment.
