摘要
目的探究以五指毛桃+霍斛为主的药膳在慢阻肺缓解期患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2020年1~12月收治的慢阻肺缓解期患者总计60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例,对照组行常规肺康复,观察组:常规肺康复联合五指毛桃+霍斛为主的药膳,对比两组干预效果。结果干预后,观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC指标高于对照组;观察组NRS2002评分低于对照组,BMI、ALB、上臂围高于对照组;观察组满意度为96.67%,高于对照组80.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺缓解期患者在肺康复基础上联合五指毛桃+霍斛为主的药膳,可有效改善呼吸功能及患者营养状况,整体满意度偏高,值得应用。
Objective To study the applied effects of radix fici simplicissimae and dendrobium huoshanense-dominated medicinal diet in remission stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients.Methods A total of 60 remission stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients treated from January 2020 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table,patients were divided into control group(n=30,routine pulmonary function rehabilitation)and observation group(n=30,routine pulmonary function rehabilitation combined with radix fici simplicissimae and dendrobium huoshanense-dominated medicinal diet).Treatment outcomes were probed.Results After treatment,FEV_(1)(Forced expiratory volume in one second),FVC(forced vital capacity)and FEV_(1)/FVC values in the observation group were higher than control group;NRS2002(nutrition risk screening)scores in the observation group were lower than control group;BMI(body mass index),ALB(albumin)and biceps circumference values in the observation group were higher than control group;patient’s satisfaction in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine pulmonary function rehabilitation combined with radix fici simplicissimae and dendrobium huoshanense-dominated medicinal diet can improve the respiratory function,nutritional states and clinical satisfaction for remission stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients.
