摘要
目的探讨上肢机器人联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进术(pr oprioc ep tiv e neur omus cular facilitation,PNF)对脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢功能的影响。方法采用随机排列法将本院于2021年1~12月收治的35例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为对照组和试验组,其中对照组17例实施常规康复治疗,试验组18例在常规康复治疗基础上实施上肢机器人联合PNF治疗,比较两组干预前后上肢运动功能、生活自理能力。结果两组干预前ARAT评分和FMA评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组ARAT评分和FMA评分与干预前相比差异显著,其中试验组干预后ARAT评分和FMA评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组MBI评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者MBI评分均有所升高,且试验组MBI升高幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展上肢机器人联合PNF技术可有效改善脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢功能及生活自理能力,有利于患者病情康复,重回社会。
Objective To discuss the influence of upper limb training robot plus proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)on the upper extremity function for cerebral stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 35 cerebral stroke patients with hemiplegia treated from January 2021 to December 2021 in our hospital were assigned to control group(n=17)and test group(n=18).The control group received the conventional rehabilitation therapy;on the basis of the former,the test group received the upper limb training robot and PNF.Upper extremity motor function and self-care ability were discussed.Results Before intervention,ARAT(action research arm test)and FMA(Fugl-Meyer Assessment)scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After the intervention,ARAT and FMA scores were significantly different compared with pre-intervention,with ARAT and significantly better FMA than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);before intervention,MBI(modified Barthel index)scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,MBI scores for two groups were increased,but the rising degree in the test group was even higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The upper limb training robot and PNF can improve the upper extremity function and self-care ability,promote the patient’s recovery and reconnect them with the society.
