摘要
目的阐述良性前列腺增生患者应用经尿道双极等离子电切术的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月-2021年10月本院收治的患者100例,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组进行传统的治疗方法,而研究组则进行经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗,通过观察患者间生理与心理状况来详细分析治疗方法的有效性。结果研究组患者间的PANAS评分在治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的PANAS评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在生活质量评估方面,研究组患者的生理功能、精神健康、精力等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。从治疗效果方面可知,研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、组织切除重量等手术指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时研究组患者术后IPSS评分以及QOL评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。而在治疗安全性方面,研究组患者的治疗并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于良性前列腺增生患者而言,经尿道双极等离子电切术的实施不仅可以使患者获得最优的治疗效果,还可以为患者的生活质量与心理状况的转变提供帮助,进而确保患者在治疗期间的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasma resection in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 100 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected according to different treatment methods and divided into control group and study group 50 cases each,the control group received traditional treatment,and the study group received transurethral bipolar plasma resection.Then the effectiveness of the treatment was analyzed in detail by observing the physiological and psychological conditions of patients.Results There was no significant difference in PANAS score between patients in the study group before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,PANAS score in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life assessment,the physiological function,mental health and energy of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).From the perspective of therapeutic effect,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,tissue resection weight and other surgical indicators of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative IPSS and QOL scores of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of treatment safety,the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,the implementation of transurethral bipolar plasma resection can not only achieve the optimal therapeutic effect,but also provide help for the transformation of patients'quality of life and psychological status,so as to ensure the safety of patients during treatment.
