摘要
目的了解本社区卫生服务中心中药饮片与中药配方颗粒使用情况。方法对2020年1月-2021年12月本社区卫生服务中心门诊、住院部中药小包装饮片、中药配方颗粒的应用数据进行统计学分析。结果本社区卫生服务中心2021年的中药小包装饮片、中药配方颗粒总处方量、总处方金额均高于2020年,且中药配方颗粒的处方量、处方金额增长幅度大于中药小包装饮片。社区卫生服务中心门诊部中药配方颗粒的处方量、金额占比大于中药小包装饮片,而住院部中药小包装饮片的处方量、处方金额大于中药配方颗粒。患者对小包装中药饮片价格实惠的满意度显著高于中药配方颗粒,而中药配方颗粒在携带方便、服用方便、取药快、质量好方面的满意度明显高于小包装中药饮片(P<0.05)。结论与中药小包装饮片相比,中药配方颗粒使用量、消费额显著升高,患者对其接受度更高,临床应用更广泛。
Objective To understand the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula particles in the community health service center.Methods The application data of small packaged decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine and formula granules of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient and inpatient departments of the community health service center from January 2020 to December 2021 were statistically analyzed.Results The total prescription amount and total prescription amount of small packaged decoction pieces and formula granules of traditional Chinese medicine in 2021 are higher than those in 2020,and the increase range of prescription amount and prescription amount of formula granules of traditional Chinese medicine is greater than the small packaged decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine.The proportion of prescription amount and amount of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles in the outpatient department of community health service center are greater than the traditional Chinese medicine small packaged decoction pieces,while The prescription quantity and amount of small packaged decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine in inpatient department are greater than those of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules.Patients'satisfaction with the affordable price of small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles,while the satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles were significantly higher than that of small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces in terms of convenient carrying,convenient taking,fast taking and good quality(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with small packaged pieces of traditional Chinese medicine,the usage and consumption of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles are significantly increased,which is more accepted by patients and widely used in clinical practice.
