摘要
目的探讨对慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿患者予新建中复脉汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择苏州市中医医院2019年6月—2022年3月收治的慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿患者96例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=48)行西药治疗与观察组(n=48)联用新建中复脉汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,检测治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、6 min步行距离及N末端B型利尿钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(95.83%)vs(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后LVEF(49.34±5.91)%、LVESV(159.44±14.83)mL均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.703、3.484,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6 min步行距离(463.37±61.26)m、NT-proBNP(1105.46±127.35)pg/mL均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.329、11.304,P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿患者早期予新建中复脉汤治疗能提高疗效,可改善患者心功能,能减轻心肌损伤,提高运动耐力。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment with Xinjian Zhongfu pulse decoction in patients with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure.Methods Ninety-six patients with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=48)treated with western medicine and the observation group(n=48)treated with the combination of Xinjian Zhongfu pulse decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular endsystolic volume(LVESV),6 min walking distance and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were measured before and after treatment.Results The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(95.83%)vs(81.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVEF(49.34±5.91)%and LVESV(159.44±14.83)mL after treatment were better in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.703,3.484,P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance(463.37±61.26)m and NT-proBNP(1105.46±127.35)pg/mL after treatment were better in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.329,11.304,P<0.05).Conclusion Early treatment with Xinjian Zhongfu pulse decoction in patients with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure can improve the efficacy,improve the patients'cardiac function,reduce myocardial injury and improve exercise endurance.
