摘要
针对高陡构造和大倾角地层中防斜与打快的矛盾难题,研制了旋转推靠式自动垂直钻井工具并获得了成功应用。实现了纠斜和稳斜功能,同时释放了钻压,提高了机械钻速。介绍了旋转推靠式自动垂直钻井工具的结构组成、工作原理、技术特点和应用效果等。从钻柱设计和钻井参数设计两方面进行了应用研究,最后对比国外同类产品在国内的应用情况并进行了应用分析,找出差距并提出改进措施。
In view of the contradictory problem between preventing deviation and advancing rate of penetration(ROP)in high dip angle structure formation,the rotating and pushing type automatic vertical drilling tool is developed and successfully applied.It not only realizes the functions of well straightening and hold angle,but also releases the weight on bit and increasing the ROP,balancing the contradictory problem of preventing deviation and advancing ROP.This paper introduces the structure,working principle,technical characteristics and application effect of rotating and pushing type automatic vertical drilling tool.It studies the application of drilling string design and drilling parameter design,and compares the application of foreign similar products in China.Finally,it finds out the gap and puts forward improvement measures.
