摘要
目的探讨不孕女性夫妻支持应对、亲密关系对心理困扰的影响,并明确3者之间的关系模型。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年8月至2022年2月在温州医科大学附属第二医院生殖中心就诊的不孕女性患者262例作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、夫妻支持应对量表、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适量表、凯斯勒心理困扰量表对其进行问卷调查。结果不孕女性的夫妻支持应对对心理困扰具有负向影响(r=-0.540,P<0.01),且夫妻支持应对可通过亲密关系的中介作用影响心理困扰,中介效应占48.47%。结论亲密关系是不孕女性夫妻支持应对与心理困扰间的中介变量,提示研究人员应重视亲密关系的重要作用,在提高夫妻积极应对水平的基础上,关注亲密关系的变化,促进有效沟通,以降低患者的心理困扰水平。
Objective To explore the effects of dyadic coping and intimacy on psychological distress in infertile women and to identify a model of the relationship between the three.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to study 262 infertile women who attended the Fertility Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from August 2021 to February 2022.General information questionnaire,dyadic coping scale,Locke-Wallace marital adjustment scale,and Kessler psychological distress scale,were used for evaluation.Results Dyadic coping of infertile women had a negative effect on psychological distress(r=-0.540,P<0.01),and dyadic coping affected psychological distress through the mediating effect of intimacy,with a mediating effect of 48.47%.Conclusion Intimate relationship is a mediating variable between dyadic coping and psychological distress in infertile women,suggesting that researchers should be aware of the important role of intimate relationship,pay attention to changes in intimacy based on improving the level of positive couple coping,and promote effective communication to reduce the level of psychological distress in patients.
