摘要
目的了解和理解不孕症患者在治疗期间内心深处的感受,以引导护士为患者提供全身心的护理。方法质性描述。采用深度访谈法收集了9例不孕症患者的个案资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果不孕症患者治疗期间的主要体验有5个方面:意外与否认,哀伤与挫折感,抑郁与孤独,内疚与无价值感,性功能紊乱。结论护士应深入了解不孕症患者内心深处的感受,使她们得到身心的全面照护,尽快摆脱治疗过程的痛苦。
Objective To understand the personal feelings of patients with infertilitas feminis during therapy,so as to guide the nurse to provide holistic nursing service. Methods Qualitatire description. The data of 9 patients with infertilitas feminis were collected through deep interview and were analyzed by phenomenology analytic process. Results There were 5 types of main experience for the patients during treatment, including accident and denial, frustration and sorrow, depression and loneliness, guilty and valueless feeling, and sexual function disorders. Conclusion The nurse should have a deep understanding of the feeling of patients with infertilitas feminis and make sure to give them an overall physiopsychic nursing, so as to free them from the anguish of therapy.
