Teaching Effect and Evaluation of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing Major in Higher Vocational Education Using the Problem-Discuss-Guidance Teaching Method

摘要 目的 分析高职护理专业妇产科护理学实施问题—讨论—指导(PDG)教学法的效果,为护理专业课程教学提供参考。方法 选择高职护理专业8个班366名学生为研究对象,按班级序号分为实施组和对照组,各183人,分别采用传统教学法与PDG教学法,课程教学结束后比较两组教学效果,了解实施组师生对PDG教学法的评价。结果 实施组理论考试和操作考核成绩明显高于对照组,学生认为PDG教学法比较符合学情,教师认为PDG教学法切实可行。结论 高职护理专业妇产科护理学采用PDG教学法,能有效提高教学效果,促进教师职业成长,师生认可度高。 Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the Problem-Discuss-Guidance(PDG) teaching method in Gynecology & Obstetrics nursing in higher vocational nursing major,and to provide reference for teaching nursing professional courses.Methods 366 students from eight classes of higher vocational nursing major were selected for the study and divided into the implementation group and the control group with 183 students each according to the class number.The traditional teaching method and the PDG teaching method were used to compare the effect of the two groups at the end of the course,to comprehend the evaluation of the PDG teaching method by the teachers and students in the implementation group.Results The scores of implementation group significantly higher than the control group in the theoretical and operational examinations,the students considered the PDG teaching method was more in line with the learning situation,and the teachers considered the PDG teaching method was feasible.Conclusion Using the PDG teaching method in Gynecology & Obstetrics nursing in higher vocational nursing major could effectively improve the teaching effect and promote the professional growth for teachers,appreciated high recognition from teachers and students.
