紫外线对温拌沥青混合料粘附性能的影响 被引量:8

The Influence of Ultraviolet on the Adhesive Performance of Warm Asphalt Mixture

摘要 采用原子力显微镜(AFM)获取紫外线老化(UV)条件下温拌沥青的纳观粘附力,研究了UV条件对微观参数的影响规律,探讨了UV对温拌沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度比、残留稳定度比和冻断温度的影响,建立了宏观技术指标与纳观粘附力的关系,验证了粘附性能表征方法用于UV下温拌沥青粘附性能评价的合理性。研究结果表明:随UV时间的延长粘附力逐渐衰减,而氧气则加剧了温拌沥青的UV,降低了温拌沥青的粘附力;UV时间在0~150 h内时,温拌沥青冻融劈裂强度比和残留稳定度比下降迅速,冻段温度则迅速上升,延长老化时间至200 h时逐渐趋于平衡;纳观粘附力与宏观的混合料指标(冻融劈裂强度比、残留稳定度比、冻断温度)具有良好的线性相关,可以从微观层面反应温拌沥青混合料粘附性能的变化规律。 In order to investigate the effect of ultraviolet aging(UV)conditions on the adhesion properties of warm asphalt,atomic force microscopy(AFM)is used to obtain the microscopic parameters(nano adhesion)of warm mixed asphalt under UV aging conditions,and the UV aging conditions is discussed.The influence of UV aging on the macroscopic performance index(freeze-thaw splitting ratio,residual stability ratio,freezing temperature)of the warm mixed asphalt mixture was discussed,and the macroscopic technical indicators and nanoscopic sticking were established.The relationship between the adhesion and the characterization method of the adhesion performance was evaluated for the evaluation of the adhesion performance of the warm asphalt mixture under UV aging.The results show that the adhesion gradually decreases with the extension of UV aging time,while oxygen aggravates the UV aging of warm mix asphalt and reduces the adhesion of warm mix asphalt.When UV aging time is within 0-150 h,warm mix the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength to residual stability of asphalt decreases rapidly,the temperature of the frozen section rises rapidly,and the aging time is extended to 200 h.For nano-adhesive force and macroscopic mixture index(freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio),there is a good linear correlation between the residual stability ratio and the freezing temperature.The nanoscopic adhesion can reflect the change of the adhesion properties of the warm asphalt mixture from the microscopic level.
