摘要 斜沟矿18108运巷属于大断面全煤巷道,工作面掘进过程中发生多次片帮现象,导致巷道空顶面积大、巷帮支护失效等技术难题。基于理论分析和现场实测,研究大采高综采工作面煤壁片帮机理,设计了“注浆+桁架锚杆”联合支护技术。现场实践表明,采取联合支护技术后,有效控制了煤柱片帮问题,缩小了顶板空顶距,保证了工作面的高产高效回采。 The 18108 haulage roadway in Xiegou Mine belongs to a large section full coal roadway.The phenomenon of wall fragmentation occurred many times during the excavation of the working face,leading to technical problems such as large empty roof area of the roadway and failure of the roadway wall support.Based on the theoretical analysis and field measurement,the mechanism of coal wall spalling in high mining height fully mechanized face is studied,and the combined support technology of"grouting+truss bolt"is designed.The field practice shows that after adopting the combined support technology,the problem of coal pillar spalling is effectively controlled,the space between the roof and the roof is reduced,and the high yield and high efficiency mining of the working face is ensured.
