摘要
目的 探讨采用集束化护理措施在腹腔引流护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1~10月实施超声下中心静脉导管穿刺引流的151例患者纳入研究,按照随机均分原则分为对照组(75例)和观察组(76例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理方法的基础上采用集束化护理措施。对比分析两种护理管理模式下患者腹腔引流的脱出率、堵塞率、感染率等不良事件的发生,患者术后离床活动情况,责任护士对相关知识的掌握程度,患者的满意度。结果 观察组腹腔引流管脱出率、堵塞率、感染率等不良事件的发生率低,早期离床活动率高于对照组,护士相关知识掌握程度比对照组牢固,患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取集束化护理措施能有效降低腹腔引流管的脱管率、堵塞率、感染率,有效提高腹腔引流管的护理管理质量,明显提升患者对护理的满意度,可行性较高。
Objective To explore the efficacy of cluster care measures in abdominal drainage.Methods The patients(n=151) who underwent ultrasound-guided puncture drainage using central venous catheter from January to October 2020 were included in the study. They were randomized to receive routine nursing(n=75, control group) or cluster care measures(n=76, observation group). The incidence of adverse events(catheter prolapse rate, airway blockage rate and infection rate), postoperative ambulatio, responsible nurses’ mastery of professional knowledge, as well as patients’ satisfaction were assessed under the two nursing management modes.Results The observation group were superior to the control group for adverse events, postoperative ambulation, mastery of professional knowledge, patients’ satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster care measures can effectively reduce the adverse events, improve the quality of nursing care and patients’ satisfaction, with high feasibility.
