摘要
前列腺导管腺癌(PDA)为前列腺癌少见的类型,其发现及提出已有多年,但因为其病例较少,因此对其诊疗缺少共识。随着其概念的明确,国内、外对PDA的研究逐渐深入,本文对PDA的概念、穿刺活检、病理组织细胞学表现及免疫组化诊断、临床表现、治疗等方面的研究及进展等加以综述。
Ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate is a rare type of prostate cancer.It has been discovered and proposed for many years,but there is no consensus on its diagnosis and treatment due to the small number of cases.At present,as its concept becomes clear,there are more and more studies on it at home and abroad.In this paper,the concept,puncture biopsy,pathological histological and cytological manifestations,immunohistochemical diagnosis,clinical manifestations and treatment of prostate ductal adenocarcinoma are reviewed.
