摘要
目的探讨麻黄平喘汤对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的调节作用,为反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取儿科诊治的反复呼吸道感染患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组患儿常规治疗,观察组在以上常规治疗基础上给予麻黄平喘汤口治疗,治疗1个月。观察两组患儿治疗后临床症状消失时间、治疗前和治疗后免疫功能、用药后6个月内呼吸道感染复发情况。结果观察组治疗后咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间短于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前各免疫功能指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后血清IgM、IgA、IgG水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后外周血CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿用药后6个月内呼吸道感染复发率为30.00%(15/50),低于对照组66.00%(33/50),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿给与麻黄平喘汤治疗能有助于调节免疫功能,缩短症状改善时间,减少感染复发次数。
Objective To discuss the immune function regulation of Mahuang Pingchuan Decoction(麻黄平喘汤)in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,it provides reference for the clinical treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods We collected 100 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and the observation group used oral medication of Mahuang Pingchuan Decoction on the basis of the above conventional treatment.One month was a course of treatment.We observed the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms after treatment,immune function before and after treatment and the recurrence of respiratory infection within 6 months after administration.Results The vanishing time of cough,vanishing time of fever and vanishing time of rales in lung were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the levels of immune function indicators before treatment(P>0.05).The serum levels of IgM,IgA and IgG in the two groups were higher after treatment than those before treatment,and the observation group’s levels were higher than than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(8)^(+) in the two groups were higher after treatment than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of respiratory tract infection in the observation group(30.00%,15/50)was lower than that in the control group(66.00%,33/50)6 months after treatment.Conclusion Mahuang Pingchuan Decoction can help to regulate immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and can shorten the time of symptom improvement and reduce the frequency of infection recurrence.
