反复呼吸道感染的运动障碍患儿免疫功能相关因素的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的分析反复呼吸道感染运动障碍患儿免疫功能的相关变化情况,为预防和控制感染提供临床依据。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月医院收治的50例发生反复呼吸道感染的脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿作为研究组,另选取医院同期收治的48例未发生反复呼吸道感染的脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿作为对照组,分别对两组患儿的维生素水平,免疫球蛋白水平,无机元素水平,T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行比较和分析。结果研究组患儿Vit A(0.91±0.09)μmol/L,Vit E(28.70±3.98)μmol/L,25-(OH)D3(19.96±3.07)ng/ml水平均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿免疫球蛋白IgA(0.53±0.06)g/L,IgM(0.79±0.08)g/L,IgG(10.57±2.16)g/L水平均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿无机元素Zn(27.75±3.89)μmol/L,Ca(1.20±0.13)mmol/L,Fe(6.88±0.79)mmol/L水平均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+(41.42±5.25)%,CD4+(32.64±4.37)%水平均低于对照组患儿,CD8+(26.92±3.80)%水平则高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素、免疫球蛋白、无机元素及T淋巴细胞亚群是脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿发生反复呼吸道感染的免疫功能相关因素,临床康复治疗过程中应进一步强化对上述因素的监测和干预,提高患儿免疫力,有效预防反复呼吸道感染的发生。 OBJECTIVE To observe the change of immune function of the dyskinesia children with recurrent respiratory tract infection so as to provide clinical evidence for prevention and control of infection.METHODS Totally 50 cerebral palsy dyskinesia children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who were treated in hospitals from Jan2014 to Dec 2016 were chosen as the study group,meanwhile,48 cerebral palsy dyskinesia children who did not have recurrent respiratory tract infection were set as the control group.The levels of vitamins,immunoglobulins,inorganic elements and T lymphocyte subsets were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The levels of Vit A,VitE and 25-(OH)D3 of the study group were respectively(0.91±0.09)μmol/L,(28.70±3.98)μmol/L and(19.96±3.07)ng/ml,significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG of the study group were respectively(0.53±0.06)g/L,(0.79±0.08)g/L and(10.57±2.16)g/L,significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Zn,Ca and Fe of the study group were respectively(27.75±3.89)μmol/L,(1.20±0.13)mmol/L and(6.88±0.79)mmol/L,significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of T lymphocytes subsets CD3+and CD4+of the stud group were respectively(41.42±5.25)%and(32.64±4.37)%,significantly lower than those of the control group,the CD8+level of the study group was(26.92±3.80)%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Vitamins,immunoglobulins,inorganic elements and T-lymphocyte subsets are the related factors for the immune function of the cerebral palsy dyskinesia children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.It is necessary for the hospital to further strengthen the monitoring of the above factors during the clinical treatment,take targeted interventions and boost the immunity so as to effectively prevent the recurrent respiratory tract infection.
