摘要 重组人生长激素在辅助生殖领域中被广泛应用于不孕症人群,其中就包括多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者。rhGH通过基因重组技术产生,其理化性质与人体的生长激素完全相同。针对PCOS不孕患者,外源性补充rhGH可发挥纠正生长激素分泌不足、改善卵泡发育障碍、改善子宫内膜容受性及调节脂质代谢紊乱等作用,最终可能有利于改善PCOS患者的妊娠结局。但对于rhGH的适用人群及使用方法尚无统一标准。该文就rhGH在PCOS患者中的作用机制及具体应用作一综述。
