摘要
社会工作是现代化社会事业中重要的行动力量与专业设置,其发展受到国内社会经济政策与发展战略的影响。在共同富裕目标背景下,基层社会呈现出生产空间专门化、生活空间集中化、生态空间建构化的特点,给辖区民众的生产、生活、生计安排带来多重影响。社会工作站参与乡镇(街道)基层治理体现了共同富裕目标在公共服务与社会事业中的新发展导向,需要采取嵌合性实践方法,助推专业效能的良好实现,这要求其嵌合在社会空间变革中发掘需求/问题及探寻实践资源,嵌合在特定基层的经济社会条件中探索照顾、服务与治理的职能实现及组合路径,嵌合在基层社会治理体系内推进部门协同与资源整合。
Social work is an important action force and major setting in modern social undertakings,and its development is influenced by domestic social and economic policies and development strategies.Under the goal of common prosperity,primary-level society presents the characteristics of specialization of production space,centralization of living space and constructiveness of ecological space,which brings multiple influences to the production,life and livelihood arrangements of people in the jurisdiction.Social workstation’s participation in township(street) governance reflects the new development orientation of the goal of common prosperity in public service and social undertakings,and it is necessary to adopt chimeric practice to promote the realization of professional efficacy,which requires it to explore needs/problems and practical resources in social space transformation,explore the functional realization and combination of care,service and governance in specific primary-level economic and social conditions,and promote departmental collaboration and resource integration in primary-level social governance system.
