摘要
有机硅兼具无机和有机材料的特点,可以作为环氧树脂的一种高效改性剂,改性后的环氧树脂不仅保持环氧树脂固有性能,还能提高韧性、热稳定性、疏水性、耐候性等性能,具有广阔的应用前景。本文从物理改性和化学改性两个方面综述了近几年有机硅改性环氧树脂的研究进展,并对其在LED封装、涂料、3D打印领域的应用进展进行了概述。
Silicone is a highly efficient modifier of epoxy resin,which has the characteristics of both inorganic and organic materials.The modified epoxy resin not only maintains the inherent properties of epoxy resin,but also enhances the toughness,thermal stability,hydrophobicity,weather resistance and other properties,showing broad application prospects.In this paper,the research progress of silicone modified epoxy resin in recent years was reviewed from two aspects of physical modification and chemical modification.Meanwhile,its applications in LED packaging,coating and 3D printing fields are summarized.
