摘要
根据中医经典论述,注重痹和痿的相关性,结合临床实践,凝练提出“因痹致痿”病机,以此病机为指导,总结了清通补法、平通补法及温通补法等通痹治痿三法辨治阳痿。文章基于该病机治法研究《神农本草经》所载治疗阳痿的16味中药,深化其治疗阳痿的功效认识:通调气血,散其郁滞,使宗筋气脉畅通,体痹通而复用。以通痹治痿三法为16味中药分类,丰富该病机治法的理法方药体系,提升该该病机治法的实践价值。
According to the classic discussion of traditional Chinese medicine,pay attention to the correlation between flaccidity and Bi disease,combined with clinical practice,we put forward the pathogenesis of‘flaccidity due to Bi disease’.Guided by this pathogenesis,we summarized the three methods of treating impotence,such as Qingtong tonic method,Pingtong tonic method and Wentong tonic method.Based on the pathogenesis and treatment,this paper studies 16 kinds of traditional Chinese herbs in treating impotence in Shennong’s Herbal Classic,and deepens the understanding of its efficacy in treating impotence:Regulating qi and blood,dispersing its stagnation,making qi and pulse of male external genitals(Zongjin)unimpeded,body arthralgia unblocked and reused.Classification of 16 Chinese herbs by three methods of treating impotence,it enrich the theory,method and prescription system of the pathogenesis and treatment method,and enhance the practical value of the pathogenesis and treatment method.
