蛤蚧疗肺片预防放射性肺炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Gecko Remediation Lung Tablets in the preventionand treatment of radiation pneumonia

摘要 目的:探究蛤蚧疗肺片在预防放射性肺炎中的效果。方法:选取佳木斯市肿瘤医院2022年12月—2023年12月收治的60例行根治性放射治疗的原发性肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法将60例患者分为试验组30例和对照组30例。两组患者均进行适形调强放射治疗,试验组患者在放疗期间联合应用蛤蚧疗肺片(po),从开始放疗至放疗结束后3个月。对比两组患者放射性肺炎发生情况、中医症状改善情况及最大通气量、用力肺活量、每分钟静息通气量等肺功能指标的改善情况。结果:试验组患者放射性肺炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者中医症状改善总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的最大通气量、用力肺活量、每分钟静息通气量对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者最大通气量、用力肺活量、每分钟静息通气量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无严重不良事件发生。试验组在CT影像下出现斑片状实变、边缘模糊、肺部纹理增粗、肺部纹理紊乱情况的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗前试验组和对照组患者血常规指标无明显差异(P>0.05),放疗后试验组和对照组患者血常规指标无明显差异(P>0.05);放疗前和放疗后两组患者的白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板等血常规指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放疗前、放疗后试验组尿常规指标与对照组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:蛤蚧疗肺片在肺癌放疗患者临床治疗中应用效果显著,可有效预防放射性肺炎,改善患者临床症状,提升患者肺功能水平,安全性较高,值得临床应用。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Gecko Remediation Lung Tablets in the prevention and treatment of radiation pneumonitis.Methods:Sixty primary lung cancer patients with radical radiation therapy admitted to Jiamusi Cancer Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,with 30 in each group.Both groups received conformate intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT).The patients in the experimental group were treated with lung tablets during radiotherapy.From the onset of radiation therapy,the occurrence of radiation pneumonia and the improvement of lung function in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of radiation pneumonitis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the maximum ventilation volume(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),and resting ventilation volume per minute(VE)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the MVV,FVC,and VE of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in either group.The incidence of patchy consolidation,blurred edges,thickened lung texture,and disordered lung texture in the experimental group under CT imaging was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before radiotherapy,there was no significant difference in blood routine indicators between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After radiotherapy,there was no significant difference in blood routine indicators between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the indicators of white blood cells,hemoglobin,platelets,etc.in the blood routine between the two groups before and after radiotherapy(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in urine routine indicators between the experimental group and the control group before and after radiotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gecko Remediation Lung Tablets have significant effects in the clinical treatment of lung cancer radiotherapy patients,which can effectively prevent radiation pneumonia,improve patients'clinical symptoms,enhance their lung function level,and have good safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
