摘要
中药剂量作为方剂的基本构成要素,与方药的疗效性和安全性密切相关。中医界常言“中医不传之秘在于量”,方药用量一直是古今医家代代传承之临床经验的重要内容,而方药量效关系研究亦是现代中医科学研究中的重要课题之一。近年来中药剂量在多种因素影响下有逐渐增大的趋势,但不可否认古今医家对小剂量中药处方应用亦有丰富的经验。文章通过探讨小剂量中药处方的有效性、理论基础与临床运用等,以期引起临床中医生对小剂量中药处方的重视,提高临床疗效。
The dosage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is not only the basic component of the prescription,but also closely related to the efficacy and safety.As the saying goes,‘The dose of traditional Chinese medicine is the hidden core reason for the efficacy of TCM’.So far,the dosage of prescriptions has always been a significant part of the clinical experience.And the experience has been inherited from generation to generation by ancient and modern physicians.Additionally,the researches on the dose-effect relationship of prescriptions became essential topics in the scientific study of modern Chinese medicine.In recent years,the dosage of TCM has gradually increased under the influence of various factors.However,no one denied that ancient and modern physicians also have rich knowledge in the application of small-dose Chinese medicine prescriptions.In order to arouse the attention of clinical doctors to low-dose TCM prescription and improve the clinical efficacy,we discussed the effectiveness,theoretical basis and clinical application of low-dose TCM prescription in this paper.
