摘要
岭南罗氏妇科认为妊娠合并宫腔积血的主要病机是脾肾亏虚、兼夹有瘀,其中血瘀为标,是某一个阶段的现象,而脾肾不足、冲任不固为本,因此当以补肾健脾、清热祛瘀为基本治则,结合疾病发展的不同阶段遣方用药。祛瘀之时,又当以化瘀止血为要,忌用活血、动血、破血之品,以防伤胎,并且衰其大半而止。文章分别撷取罗颂平教授治疗妊娠早、中、晚3个不同时期合并宫腔积血的验案3则,梳理成文,与众共飨。
Based on the Lingnan LUOs’gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,deficiency of spleen and kidney leads to the pregnancy with uterine hemorrhage.When it combines subchorionic hemorrhage,blood stasis is also the basic pathologies.And blood stasis is a phenomenon of a certain stage,also,deficiency of spleen and kidney and Chong-Ren debility is the root cause.So,the main therapy is benefiting spleen and kidney.In the meanwhile,to remove the blood stasis and to clear heat are important,using prescriptions and medications by combining the different stages of disease development.When removing blood stasis,it is necessary to remove blood stasis and and stop bleeding.Avoid using products that promote blood circulation,move blood and break blood,so as to prevent injury to the fetus and just stop when eliminates most of the pathogenic factors.The article will pick three examples of the case about uterine hemorrhage with pregnancy in the early,middle and late period in the clinic of professor LUO Song-ping,combing a book and sharing.
