子宫内膜异位症与炎症的相关研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)是一种常见的妇科疾病,影响大约6%~10%的育龄期女性,可引起继发性痛经、慢性盆腔痛和不孕,使其生活质量显著下降,影响身心健康[1]。近年来,EMs的发病率呈明显上升趋势,但其发病机制仍未完全阐明。Sampson提出的经血逆流种植学说被广泛接受,但仍无法解释有约90%的育龄妇女存在经血逆流,而其中患EMs却只有10%~15%的现象。目前,有研究表明EMs是一种全身性、可逆性炎症性疾病,炎症反应可影响激素生成、子宫内膜蜕膜化、胚胎着床等过程[2]。因此,炎症在EMs的发病机制中起着至关重要的作用,它会导致血管生成、组织重塑和不孕[1,3]。
