不同发酵品质的青贮秸秆对肉牛生长效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同发酵品质的青贮秸秆对肉牛生长效果的影响,将15头肉牛随机分为3组,每组5头,分别为对照组(100%基础饲料不添加发酵菌剂),试验组Ⅰ组(80%基础饲料添加20%以酶菌复合剂制备的菌液发酵的青贮秸秆),试验组Ⅱ(80%基础饲料添加20%EM菌液发酵的青贮秸秆)。试验前对各组不同发酵条件下青贮秸秆的感官品质评定,通过试验结束前后检测结果计算肉牛的生长性能和血清生化指标,探究不同发酵品质的青贮秸秆对肉牛生长效果的影响。试验结果显示,与对照组相比,生长性能方面,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ的肉牛平均日增重、平均日采食量都有所提高,料重比有所降低;血清生化指标方面,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ的肉牛血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白均显著升高,白球比降低,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶含量没有显著变化。综上所述,发酵后的青贮秸秆促进了肉牛的生长性能,提高肉牛的蛋白合成和免疫功能,且添加20%EM菌液发酵的青贮秸秆效果更显著。 In order to study the effects of different fermentation qualities of silage straw on the growth of beef cattle,15 beef cattle were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 cows in each group, which were the control group(100% basal feed with no fermentation agent)and the experimental group Ⅰ group(80% basal feed with 20% fermented silage straw prepared with enzyme bacteria compound agent),respectively.Experimental group Ⅱ(80% basal feed supplemented with 20% EM fermented straw).Before the experiment,the sensory quality of silage straw under different fermentation conditions in each group was evaluated.The growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of beef cattle were calculated by the test results before and after the experiment,and the effects of different fermentation qualities of silage straw on the growth effect of beef cattle were explored.The results showed that compared with the control group, in terms of growth performance, the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of beef cattle in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were increased, while the ratio of feed to gain was decreased.In terms of serum biochemical indices,total protein, albumin and globulin in serum of beef cattle in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly increased,while white-ball ratio was decreased, while total cholesterol,triglyceride,ASpartate aminotransferase and glutamic-pyruvic aminotransferase contents were not significantly changed.In conclusion,fermented silage straw can promote the growth performance of beef cattle,improve the protein synthesis and immune function of beef cattle,and the effect of adding 20% EM bacterial solution fermentation of silage straw is more significant.
