摘要
本文旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平维生素A(VA)、维生素E(VE)对肉鸡抗氧化和免疫性能的影响。选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡960只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复80只。试验日粮参照AA肉仔鸡推荐标准配制,4个处理的日粮VA、VE水平分别为:6 375和37.5IU/kg、8500和50IU/kg、10625和62.5IU/kg、12750和75IU/kg,试验期49d。研究结果表明:在本试验范围内,增加日粮VA、VE水平可以改善肉鸡日增重和饲料转化率,不影响脾脏指数和法氏囊指数。随着日粮VA、VE水平的增加,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性、胸腺指数随之提高,丙二醛(MDA)水平逐渐降低。日粮VA、VE水平从AA肉仔鸡推荐量(VA:8500IU/kg;VE:50IU/kg)分别降至6375和37.5IU/kg时,肉鸡血清中Cu-Zn-SOD和GSH-Px水平降低19.17%和4.77%,MDA水平提高10.28%;VA、VE水平分别增加至12 750和75IU/kg时,Cu-Zn-SOD和GSH-Px水平提高55.60%和17.89%,MDA水平降低3.86%。由此可见,提高肉鸡日粮VA、VE水平可以提高肉鸡抗氧化能力和细胞免疫水平,并且随着VA、VE水平的增加抗氧化能力逐渐提高。
The aim of this experiment was to research the effects of different supplemental levels of vitamin A and vitamin E in diets on antioxidantion and immune function of AA broilers. Nine hundred and sixty AA broilers were divided into 4 treatments with three replicates and each replicate contained 80 AA broilers. Vitamin A levels in the diets of four treatments were 6 375, 8 500, 10 625 and 12 750 IU/kg respectively, while vitamin E levels were 37.5, 50, 62.5 and 75 IU/kg. Other nutrient levels all reached the recommended nutrient standard of AA broiler. The experiment lasted for 49 days. The results showed that daily gain, feed inversion rate, the activities of Cu-Zn-SOD, GSH-Px and thymus indices of AA broilers were improved with the increase of vitamin A & vitamin E levels, while the spleen and bursa indices were not affected, but MDA level was gradually decreased. When vitamin A level was degraded from 8 500 IU/kg (recommended) to 6 375 IU/kg, and vitamin E was degraded from 50 IU/kg(recommended) to 37.5 IU/kg, the Cu-Zn-SOD levels of serum and GSH-Px were decreased by 19.17% and 4.77%, but the activity of MDA was increased by 10.28% ; when vitamin A & vitamin E levels increased to 12 750 and 75 IU/kg, the indices mentioned above were improved by 55. 60%, 17.89%, and degraded by 3.86% correspondingly. In conclusion, the antioxidantion and immune performance of AA broilers were improved with the increase of vitamin A & vitamin E levels, and the antioxidant activity of AA broilers was increased gradually at the same time.
